Why Is My Generated Image or Video Not Showing?
Open the task in History and check its status. Processing tasks do not have a final output yet. Completed media uses private, time-limited delivery links, so reopening the task can refresh access when an old view has expired.
Restore the result view
Open History, select the completed task again and allow the media to load. Check your connection and disable a content blocker only for the site if it is blocking first-party media.
Report a completed task with no media
Contact Support with the task ID and the visible status. Do not publish or share a private media URL as a permanent link.
