Generation and credits
First check History for the task status, and Account for credit activity. Failed tasks return reserved credits automatically. Include the task ID when requesting help.
Billing
Use Account to open the Stripe billing portal, update payment details, or cancel renewal. Include the Stripe invoice ID when requesting billing help.
Report prohibited content
Send content reports to the email address below. Include the relevant URL, task or account identifier, why you believe the content violates our terms, and supporting information you can safely and lawfully share. Do not attach or forward illegal imagery. For suspected child sexual abuse material, provide identifiers or a URL rather than copying or redistributing the material.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete an initial review within 5 business days of receiving your report, then communicate the outcome or current status.
- Urgent reports involving suspected CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or real-world threats to personal safety will be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt, including weekends, with any necessary interim protective measures taken within that timeframe.
- For complex cases, we will explain any delay, provide an estimated completion time, and send a progress update at least every 5 business days until resolution.
Business days mean Monday through Friday, measured in UTC. The urgent 24-hour deadline runs continuously. Confirmed violations will be addressed promptly through appropriate content or account action, with evidence preserved and reports made where required by law.
