Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your Google-authenticated account, for keeping access to that account secure, and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law and these terms.
Authorized inputs and responsible use
Upload or submit only content, identities, trademarks, and other materials that you own or have permission to use. Do not impersonate a real person, falsely imply endorsement, misrepresent a real event or relationship, defraud or deceive others, harass anyone, or use generated media in a way that causes harm.
Prohibited content
You must not use the service to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or any exploitation or grooming of minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexually explicit or pornographic content, or sexual violence.
- Graphic violence, gore, credible threats, instructions to cause serious harm, or praise of violent wrongdoing.
- Hateful or dehumanizing content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
- Deceptive deepfakes, identity theft, fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, or targeted abuse.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property or personal rights.
- Malware, illegal goods or services, or content that otherwise violates applicable law.
Safety review and reporting
Requests and outputs may be screened by automated safety systems operated by AI Influencer Generator or its service providers. We may review activity that is flagged by those systems or reported to us. To report suspected prohibited content or misuse, email us using the contact address on the Support page. Include the relevant URL, task or account identifier, the reason for your report, and any supporting information you can safely and lawfully share. Do not attach or forward illegal imagery, passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment-card details. For suspected child sexual abuse material, provide identifiers or a URL rather than copying or redistributing the material.
Report handling timeframes
- We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete an initial review within 5 business days of receiving a report. We will communicate the outcome or the current status to the reporter.
- Urgent reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or real-world threats to personal safety will be reviewed within 24 hours of receipt, including weekends. Within that timeframe, we will take any necessary interim protective measures, such as restricting access to reported content or temporarily restricting an account while we investigate.
- If a case requires more time or additional information, we will explain the reason for the delay and provide an estimated completion time. We will send a progress update at least every 5 business days until the case is resolved. The initial review deadline is not a promise that every investigation will be concluded within that period.
Business days mean Monday through Friday, measured in UTC. The 24-hour deadline for urgent reports runs continuously, including weekends. Please provide a working reply address so we can acknowledge your report, request any necessary details, and communicate progress or the outcome without disclosing other users' private information.
Violations and enforcement
When a violation is confirmed, we will promptly take appropriate action, which may include restricting access, removing content, or restricting, suspending, or terminating an account. We will preserve relevant evidence and report to the appropriate authorities when required by law.
If we reasonably believe that you violated these terms, we may block a request, withhold or remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, cancel access to the service, preserve relevant records, or report conduct to service providers or authorities when legally required. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination. You remain responsible for claims, losses, or legal obligations arising from your content and conduct.
AI output limits
Generative output can contain errors, artifacts, or similarities to other material. Review every output before use. No specific performance, audience growth, income, rights clearance, or platform acceptance is promised.
Billing
Subscriptions renew at the interval shown in checkout until canceled. Credit estimates and plan limits appear before purchase or generation. Suspension or termination for a violation does not remove payment obligations already incurred and does not create a refund right except where required by law or stated in our refund policy.
Availability
Generation depends on third-party model capacity and may fail. Failed provider tasks release reserved credits according to the product ledger.
