Generation Failed / Slow
Why Did My Generation Fail?
A task can fail because an input is unsupported, the request conflicts with model requirements, a provider rejects the job, or a temporary service problem occurs. Open the task in History and use its visible failure message as the first diagnostic clue.
Check the task
Confirm file type, dimensions, duration, required inputs and selected settings. Remove corrupted media and retry only after correcting the likely cause.
Credits after failure
Reserved credits for a failed provider task are returned automatically. If the balance does not update after the task reaches a final failed state, contact Support with the task ID.
