Failed generation jobs
If the provider reports a task failure, reserved credits for that task are returned automatically. This is a credit correction, not a cash refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel future renewal in the Stripe billing portal. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable after credits or paid service access have been issued.
Billing errors
Contact support for duplicate charges or an incorrect plan charge. Include the invoice ID, but never send full card details.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
