Subject to the Terms, paid-plan outputs may be used in your own social posts, advertising, product demos, and client campaigns.
Your source rights
You remain responsible for permission to use every face, image, video, voice, audio track, logo, and product asset you upload. Do not clone a real person without documented consent.
Important limits
- Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
- You may not present an AI character as a real person where that would deceive or harm others.
- Platform disclosure and advertising rules still apply.

The free trial is for evaluation. Move to a paid plan before using trial media in a commercial campaign.
