Getting Started

Where Can I Find and Download My Creations?

Open History to find your generation tasks. Select a completed task to view its saved output, then use the available download action for that image or video.

Find a result

History is the durable record for generation tasks.

  1. 1Open History from the workspace sidebar.
  2. 2Find the task by its creation time and workflow.
  3. 3Open the completed result and choose Download.

If a result is missing

Refresh History once and check the task status. A processing task is not ready to download; a failed task will show its failure state. If a completed task has no visible media, use Contact & Support and include the task ID, not private prompt or media contents.
