Use the platform's AI-generated or altered-content label when available. A plain-language caption such as “virtual creator” or “AI-generated character” helps viewers understand what they are seeing.
Disclose advertising separately
AI disclosure does not replace sponsorship disclosure. Mark paid promotions, affiliate relationships, and gifted products under the platform and market rules that apply to you.
Avoid misleading claims
Do not imply the virtual creator personally used a product, attended an event, or experienced a result when that did not happen.
