Why Can’t I Sign In to My Account?
Start from Sign in and complete Google authentication with the account you previously used. Keep the callback tab open until it returns to AI Influencer Generator. A different Google account creates a different product account context.
Retry sign-in
Close duplicate authentication tabs, return to the sign-in page, and try once with the intended Google account. Cookies required for the session must be available.
Still cannot sign in
Record the visible error and contact Support. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or private authentication tokens.
