# Character Transfer Kit

## Organize your own files

- references/01-front-original: clear neutral-light authorized portrait.
- references/02-three-quarter-original: permitted genuine angle reference, if available.
- references/03-profile-original: real source evidence of the character profile, if available.
- references/04-full-body-original: body reference, if available; do not claim a portrait establishes height or proportions.
- identity.md: fixed face, age, hair, complexion, signature details and evidence gaps.
- rights-and-sources.csv: original source, date, rights and restrictions for each asset.
- prompts/: identity anchor separate from scene/camera/wardrobe.
- results/: all attempts, including rejected images and repairs.

Do not put private signed URLs, credentials or account identifiers in a shared kit. Keep original files privately; inspect EXIF/location data before sharing your own photos. A provider character ID is not a portable model. Commercial output use is not automatic permission for training or identity recreation elsewhere.

## Included example

Eli was originally generated in this conversation's image tool. Its exact model build and seed are not exposed. The workflow ledger is a first-party import check in AI Influencer Generator, not a Higgsfield or Runway transfer. The source is only a portrait: unseen body identity is unverified. Original output files, prompts and per-task website credits are retained. No USD provider costs are inferred.

## Review rubric

Pass: all visible identity anchors and the scene brief match, with plausible anatomy. Partial: a recognizable identity but a specific drift or brief miss. Fail: different person, unusable anatomy, or substantially wrong scene. N/A: evidence absent or hidden. Review each output against the original, not only other outputs. One attempt per scene cannot establish a success rate.

## Import

Studio → Create influencer → From image → upload your authorized image → confirm permission → Continue → complete the visible style/creator direction/name steps → Save reference character. Reference import currently requires Professional or above; saving and subsequent charged generation are separate. Read the live quote and rules. Saved character → Create with this character → New pose makes a new photo; Animate starts a separate video workflow. This kit does not import Soul ID, LoRA checkpoints, saved Runway IDs or voice clones.
